I usually juice one whole pineapple, mix in two to four limes, add about six 1-inch pieces of ginger, and then pour the mixture into small containers. The pineapple adds a touch of sweetness, making these ginger shots a bit easier to drink.

Prep Ginger and Fruit: Peel and chop fresh ginger, pineapple, and lime.
